Boiler Boyz were recently in Borth, Mid Wales, where a homeowner was struggling with an outdated hot water cylinder system that was no longer keeping up with their daily needs. After a full inspection, our Gas Safe engineer Kristian Morris recommended removing the old cylinder and upgrading to a modern Worcester Bosch combi boiler — a far more efficient solution that frees up space, reduces running costs, and delivers instant hot water on demand. The old system was safely disconnected and removed, and the new Worcester boiler was installed with clean, precise workmanship throughout.

The transformation was immediate. The customer now enjoys faster hot water, improved heating performance, and a much quieter, more reliable system. With the added reassurance of a 10‑year manufacturer warranty, they have long‑term peace of mind and a future‑proof heating setup ready for the colder seasons. Another successful upgrade in Borth and another happy homeowner choosing Boiler Boyz for trusted, professional boiler installations across Wales.
